You walk in the door and all the workers inside, not one of them even stopped talking to one another to acknowledge us walking in. One guy finally addressed us with “what you want!” We went back to them this Saturday because online says open 24 hours and the lady tried to charge us a $50 after hour fee to get our belongings out of our car. How hard is it to add to your website that yes your open for towing 24 hours but anything else is normal business hours. Our car was towed from Walmart, but Walmart told us directly that they never even called for anyone to tow it. To make matters worse, we were charged twice the normal amount — and the car was only towed half a mile away. We could have literally walked to where they took it. When we went to pick up the car, they didn’t ask for any proof of ownership or even basic information before handing it over. That felt completely careless and unprofessional. Between the false justification, the outrageous cost, and the lack of any proper procedures, this was an incredibly shady and frustrating experience.
